Kenny was engaging; explaining HVAC terminology in layman’s terms.

Kenny come out and inspected the air conditioning unit, replaced a filter in the heater, checked our hot water heater and tried to drain it and found soot in the lines. Recommend getting a new water heater , was very glad to have him here.
